Returns & Exchanges

At KidStrong Shop, we want your child to have the best gear for their journey; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to track your return journey.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
